Time To Take A BREAK???

In this video Christian asks a much asked question. That "work v life" balance one. Do we live in a culture that asks us to work the wrong way. Or does it ask us to work the right way and reward those who make a clear division between "work" and "life" and spend more time energy and health points on the latter over the former?
