Today we are making Lemon Pepper Fish flavored Eggplant with Sauteed Kale with red & yellow peppers, celery and onion stirfry, and lentils & grain rice mix.
Seasoning for the Eggplant: Nori Furkaki to give a fish flavor, Lemon Pepper seasoning, Garlic Powder, Salt free all spice seasoning of your choice, grapeseed oil, lemon juice pinch of sea salt and pepper.
