Looks at its history, it's sunken treasure from 1944's Operation Hailstone, its current social advantages and disadvantages, and the first class Xavier High School, one of the best schools in the far pacific. This is part 3 of a 4 part series on the U.S. Compact. The other parts cover the Marshall Islands and Palau. Filmed on location in March 2018.
