Practical 3D printing - Bike chain guard printed in AprintaPro's PC-ABS

I show you how a design and print a replacement chain guard for my girlfriends bike in AprintaPro's PC-ABS. I use Autodesk Fusion 360 for the design in which I load a reference image which I then trace.

I built a makeshift 3D printer enclosure for the best printing results. The filament performed very well after some tuning and created nice, temperature resistent and strong parts.
