Our wire granulator is fully automatic, working procedure are as follows:
1. First, the double shaft shredder processes the waste cable into 3 - 5 cm pieces.
2. Then, the scrap cable pieces are conveyed to the Main crusher by conveyor belts.
3. The Main crusher processes the waste cable wire pieces into mixture copper - plastic granules.
4. These granules are conveyed to the air separator by conveyor belts.
5. The copper and plastic particles are respectively transferred to a small vibrating table for the second separation. During this process, the magnetic separator removes iron from copper.
6. Finally, the electrostatic separator at the plastic outlet separates the copper from plastic again to reduce copper loss.
