Tektronix 545 oscilloscope appearance in "Hidden Figures"

One of the stars (we'd like to think) of the motion picture Hidden Figures was a Tektronix 545 oscilloscope. The instrument was provided by Paul Pierce, a recent visitor to the vintageTEK Museum. He was a technical adviser on the movie and he also provided the IBM 7090 console and assistance in construction of realistic computer cabinets.

IBM would frequently leave a Tek scope on the premises of large computer installations.
