I baked my go-to chocolate cake recipe on the Pit Boss tabletop smoker just to see how it would turn out. I’ve made this cake dozens of times in the oven, but on the pellet grill it baked faster and came out just as rich, moist, and delicious.
This is an easy, any-occasion dessert that works for birthdays, potlucks, backyard cookouts, or even camping trips! Outdoor cooking doesn’t have to stop at burgers and steaks!
