2 Basic Ne-Waza sweeps

Here are two quick and easy ne-waza sweeps that you can use when an opponent lunges forward and knocks you on your back.

I apologise for the autofocus misbehaving, it appeared to have had an issue when filming. Originally, I was not going to release this video however with lockdown preventing me from getting to the dojo, I thought something was better than nothing!
