Good Sunday evening my friends, Andrew is here with another episode and a good proposal from Phuket's real estate market. We made that review somewhere in the middle of 2020 and I just realized that I didn't upload that review =)

This project is located on the East coast of Phuket and perfectly designed for personal residence. It's a very calm, quiet and beautiful project which is located very close to the beach, unfortunately, it's not good for swimming but you always can pick any boat and go to another paradise island.

In this video, I will show you 2 bedroom apartments and 3 bedroom villa which are available for sale and I believe the price can be lower than in 2020.

* This video was made in 2020 and according to that time and my negotiation with the developer prices for that unit was 500 000 USD $ ( this was official and approved information which I received from the developer ) however on Monday 11th of October 2021 I received a call from the new management company and we have to chat with them. They increased prices for their property nowadays and now I am waiting for an updated price list and will update with new prices for that project.
