Desert Drone Search! How Much Trash Can We Find?

People like to dump their garbage on public lands. Fortunately, it's not everyone, but there are enough people that do to create a real problem. Volunteers with Homes On Wheels Alliance (HOWA) and another local group have been working to clean up our public lands around Pahrump, Nevada. We set out to search for additional problem areas to be included in upcoming cleanups and used the drone to perform some aerial surveying. In the process of surveying the desert for trash, we also spotted wild horses and enjoyed some amazing scenery.
