Episode 3 YMCA of the Rockies Seasonal Work Cleaning Lodge Rooms and Cabins

In this episode I go over what you have to do to clean a lodge room and a cabin. I know the sound quality isn’t really good in this episode so I’m gonna lay it out in the description here what you have to do. First thing you do is strip all the sheets off the beds and pillows. Second you would make up all the beds with clean sheets and pillowcases. Third you wipe down all the windows and mirrors with a glass cleaning solution. Fourth you wipe down the tables and chairs and dressers with a disinfecting solution. Fifth you wipe down the sink, bathtub, and toilet with the disinfecting solution as well. And last you clean the bathroom floor with a floor cleaner with a mop or rags if it’s small enough in area.

Cabins are pretty much the exact same scenario except you have more bedrooms in a larger common area. You also have a kitchen you will need to clean by wiping down the surfaces and appliances with the disinfecting solution including the inside of the refrigerator. You may also have to wash dishes, dry them, and put them away. And you might have to clean the oven if it is really dirty.

That’s all there is to it…it’s not that hard!
