Entry is free. Three winners will be selected at random from the eligible comments on this video on or after March 11th, 2020 at 10pm EST. Eligible comments are those that are related to the topic of discussion. Multiple, repetitive comments ("spam") are not eligible. After selection, hard2hurt will reply with contact information and request a method of contact to determine your mailing address. If after 24 hours the selected winner does not respond or provide a mailing address, another winner will be selected. If the winner is determined to be ineligible to receive a Stinger Tactical Whip, another winner will be selected. If it is determined that the winner made multiple, repetitive comments in an attempt to increase the chances of winning ("spamming") then another winner will be selected.
