After 15 years of coaching athletes at the CrossFit Games, Ben Bergeron, the founder of CrossFit New England and CompTrain, joins the show to announce that he is stepping aside from being the head coach of elite athletes, and 10-time CrossFit Games qualifier Cole Sager will take over the helm in his place. Ben shares details on why this season will be his last as a head coach, his vision for the future of CompTrain, and why the athletes and program are in good hands with Cole.
