3DS Max Tutorial - Preparing Models for 3D Print and .STL Export

In this tutorial, I'll show you how to finalize your 3D models for 3D printing. We'll go over what errors to watch out for before exporting so the printing software accepts it happily. This will involve welding verticies, capping holes, correct normals, understanding acceptable topology and final STL Check inside 3DS Max to quickly find errors.
Also, this tutorial is aimed at unclean models or unprepared models (e.g. assets originally created for rendering) by finalizing the geometry and how 3D printing software ingests models (shelled geometry: e.g. no holes). If you download a print-ready 3D model then this tutorial won't be of much use other than learning some extra theory.
