Among the body, mouth, mind, merits, and undertakings of the Buddhas, Tara Bodhisattva represents the cause of the Buddhas and is also the embodiment of the Buddhas' compassion
This method has the merits of increasing all sentient beings, eliminating the troubles and sufferings of all sentient beings, satisfying the wishes of all sentient beings, increasing the wealth, longevity, peace, and auspiciousness of this life, eliminating sickness, suffering, demonic obstacles, and so on, helping sentient beings to free themselves from the sea of suffering of birth and death, to be reborn in the world of bliss, to attain ultimate happiness, to save sentient beings very quickly, and to destroy the demonic karma with great courage.
在諸佛的身、口、意、功德、事業當中，多羅菩薩代表諸佛的事業，也是諸佛慈心的體現
此法門具足一切息增懷誅的功德，能消除一切眾生的煩惱、痛苦，滿足一切眾生願求，增長現世富貴、長壽、平安、吉祥，消除病苦、魔障等等，幫助眾生解脫生死苦海，臨終往生極樂世界，獲得究竟安樂，救度眾生非常迅速，摧滅魔業極為勇猛。

Practice: Blooming clarity in troubles
A practice that aims to cultivate inner peace and awareness. Afflictions are the touchstone of spiritual practice, reflecting weaknesses and providing opportunities for transformation.

Through practice, we can contemplate the birth and death of afflictions and realize their illusory. Afflictions are like beacons that guide us to the parts of our inner body that need to be purified. Every time you confront your troubles, it's an opportunity to know yourself.

Afflictions are also whetstones, refining wisdom and compassion. In the face of troubles, we learn not to be swallowed up, and cultivate inner strength and tolerance. Transform one's own troubles, be more empathetic to others, and generate compassion.

Worries are both challenges and opportunities for growth. Aware of the impermanence and selflessness of afflictions, through practice and letting go, we can transform our troubles, increase wisdom and compassion, and return to purity and freedom. Cultivation is to bloom in the midst of troubles.

修行：煩惱中綻放清明
修行，旨在培養內在平靜與覺察。煩惱是修行的試金石，映照弱點，提供轉化契機。

透過修行，靜觀煩惱生滅，了知其虛幻。煩惱如明燈，指引我們看見內在需要淨化的部分。每一次與煩惱交鋒，都是認識自我的機會。

煩惱亦是磨刀石，淬鍊智慧與慈悲。面對煩惱，我們學習不被吞噬，培養內在力量與包容。轉化自身煩惱，更能體會他人，生起慈悲。

煩惱是挑戰，也是成長機會。覺察煩惱的無常無我，透過修行與放下，轉化困擾，增長智慧與慈悲，回歸清淨自在。修行，便是在煩惱中，綻放清明。
