Real Estate Listing Marketing Plan

Marketing your listing on social media has become an absolute necessity. The problem is that social media marketing can be a little intimidating at times, with all the different platforms and features.

That's why I've created this video to help realtors utilize social media to get the best results for their clients.

Here are some rules & best practices for each platform:

MLS (Listing Service)
- 50 photos maximum
- Include floor plans
- Link videos and 3D Tours

Facebook
- Post photos and listing videos
- Include key information (location, price, square footage etc.)
- Link to the MLS listing

Instagram
- 10 photos maximum - use collages
- Put the MLS link in your bio
- The first hour of engagement is key

YouTube
- Use "clickable" thumbnails
- Pin a comment with a question for more engagement
- Make sure your title is "searchable"
