KMBC 9 News' Chief Meteorologist Bryan Busby is also the new Principal Timpanist for the St Joseph Symphony! Here he is chatting with his on-air team about his new position.
Coming to KMBC 9 NEWS in 1985, Busby quickly established himself as Kansas City's leading meteorologist. In addition, Bryan served as Chief Meteorologist for The Chiefs Fox Football Radio Network and is currently heard on NewsRadio 980 and 98.1 FM, KMBZ.
Bryan has put KMBC-TV on the "weather map" with innovative programs like "Guaranteed Weather," "EarthStation," "Weather-To-Go," "Bryan Goes to School," and "Instant Weather Network,” a weather display system which earned him U.S. Patent No. 5,943,630.
