Reusing Commands & Implementing the Sell View/ViewModel - FULL STACK WPF (.NET CORE) MVVM #27

I begin adding the sell view and view model. I notice the SellViewModel needs to use the SearchSymbolCommand, so I create an interface for the view model properties required by the SearchSymbolCommand. Then, I implement this interface in the BuyViewModel and SellViewModel so that both interfaces can use the command. I also add the SellView, demonstrate how to handle XAML control events with commands, and create a custom panel to reuse layout logic between the BuyView and SellView.

In this series, I walk through the development of a WPF application from the database layer to the UI layer.
