Lapataia is an ideal place to go for a walk in a farm and have delicious crepes. In January a Jazz Festival takes place every year at Lapataia. Casapueblo is a white building that was built by the Uruguayan artist Paez Vilaró. It was the artist's summer house and workshop, and nowadays it includes a museum and art gallery, a cafeteria and a hotel.
