Got my hands on some photo imageable resist emulsion today and I am going to be experimenting to see if you can deep etch aluminium with it.

If you don't know I'm doing all of this to make my own hot foil dies at home. I need the etch to be very deep, preferably 1.5mm deep!

The photoresist is great because you can transfer very detailed images onto metal.
