What is BOQ bidding on GeM?

BOQ-based bidding is new feature launched by GeM for Bid. now we can upload NIT (Tender Document) & Financial Bid Format for Bidding. it allows a Buyer to change the Estimate Price. Further, a Buyer can view Seller compliance to specifications/supporting documents during the Technical Evaluation stage as View Seller documents. Seek clarifications during Technical evaluation for any of the documents put forth by the Seller.
