In this video I want to share with you my top 5 picks for beginner snowboard boots. This is such an important purchase because the performance and comfort of the boot can really make or break your first day snowboarding. I'm going to give you guys the best tips I know for buying snowboard boots and give you my top 5 mens snowboard boots and top 3 womens snowboard boots. The first thing to consider when buying snowboard boots is the cost. For beginner boots find a pair on the lower end of the price scale. Next I highly recommend the the Boa system for tightening the boots. This is an easy dial that can quickly tighten your boots so you can avoid that hassle of traditional laces. I recommend buying snowboard boots that are a soft or medium flex. I also recommend finding boots with a liner that has strong heel hold.
