Myth: Expensive houses mean better clients.

A common belief in contracting is that the best clients live in the most expensive neighborhoods.

My experience has shown me that great clients exist everywhere, regardless of home price.

I have found that when you work with people where they are at, and help them get where they want to go, things work out for everybody.

What their house costs is pretty irrelevant. 🤷‍♂️
