EASY! Only use spin as main animation image! Powerpoint

I use Powerpoint 2016 (for animation) and VSDC (Convert mp4→gif) in this video.
For art i made it by myself using Paint Tool SAI, you can use medibang since it's free for everyone.

If you have any question i will try answer even thought my english still broken XD
