Finding out I'm pregnant after HSG procedure!

Finding out I am pregnant :) after the HSG procedure test, where the doctor recommended multiple surgeries for me including excision of endometriosis, laparoscopy, d&c, removal of uterine polyp and other stuff :( scary sounding (to me at least)! Story/details for those interested!
