Kotor, Muo Front Line Plot for Redevelopment of Luxury Apartments or Bespoke Villa

Rarely can you find a plot ripe for redevelopment in such a prime location at a ready to sell price. This plot is 625m2 and comes with house (125m2 including terraces with garage 40m2) which can either be remodeled, extended or perhaps removed to make way for a larger, purpose built complex of luxury apartments or a bespoke villa.
