SUPER MEGA HEALTHY "Freestyle" Stockpot Soup | LARGE FAMILY MEALS ON A BUDGET | TONS of VEGGIES!!

Welcome back today for my super mega HEALTHY stock pot soup that is LOADED with tons of veggies and pasture-raised chicken! Now, I call this a "freestyle" soup because I literally just threw in so many great veggies & protein. YOU make it work with whatever you have! I love doing big family cooking in the morning. It's my jam, ha! In today's large family meals on a budget video I chopped up a BUNCH of healthy veggies from my vegetable box, pressure cooked a 5 lb organic chicken, and loaded up a bunch of spices and herbs in my 22 qt super mega stockpot. "FREESTYLE" SUPER MEGA HEALTHY Veggie & Chicken Stockpot Soup Recipe for Large Families!

I cooked a whole organic chicken in the Instant Pot (adding an additional 8 cups of water to make more stock).

Next, I peeled off all the chicken meat and added it to the huge stockpot. I also added in all the homemade stock. (I held back the bones to make bone broth...more on that)

After that I sliced 4 yellow squash, 4 zucchinis, 1 head of celery, and 2 heads of cabbage, adding those to the stockpot.

Then I added 3 large 28 oz cans of crushed tomatoes followed by a tablespoon of onion powder, garlic powder, basil, Italian seasoning. 2 heaping tablespoons of minced garlic. 2 teaspoons of salt/pepper. Throw in 4 bay leaves.

Add in 16 oz bag of lentils and 16 oz bag of dried green peas.

Once I put the stockpot on the stove I added about 10 to 12 more cups of water. After this I let the stockpot of healthy soup cook on medium heat for 2+ hours, stirring often.
