Coated with Trouble

The plaintiff says her 16-year-old daughter was friends with the defendant’s daughter until the defendant’s daughter had sex with the plaintiff’s daughter’s boyfriend. The plaintiff’s daughter had sex with the defendant’s daughter’s boyfriend to get revenge, which caused a fight between the two girls and the plaintiff’s daughter’s coat got ruined. She’s suing for the value of a coat. The defendant says the plaintiff’s daughter instigated the fight and refuses to pay.
