Review of Cezanne Professional Watercolor Pencils (Budget-Friendly Option!)

I'm on the hunt for good, yet inexpensive, watercolor pencils! Today I'm trying out Cezanne Professional Watercolor Pencils by Creative Mark Art Products (Video NOT sponsored or affiliated with them!)
I love watercolor pencils because they are the best of both watercolor and colored pencils, without a lot of the stressful parts! Easy to blend, less mess, and lots of control - Great for beginners or people coming from another medium!
