Unfortunately I have picked up a serious injury - ruptured achilles tendon. This injury happened during a game of football, as I went to attack the ball I felt a pop in the back of my calf.
After seeing the doctors I decided to go with the surgery route. I explain why in this video and also give you some tips on what to expect the first week.
