OECD celebrates the International Day of people with Disability

On 4 December, OECD’s DICE (Dialogue on Inclusion, Cultural Diversity and Equity) teamed up with various organisations to celebrate and actively support the #InternationalDayofPeoplewithDisabilities. Together, we orchestrated a series of recreational activities designed to promote awareness about disabilities within the OECD, with the objective of initiating a conversation emphasising that our limitations are not inherently tied to our disabilities, but rather stem from the societal constraints that fail to incorporate our diversity.

Le 4 décembre, l’association de l’OCDE DICE (Dialogue sur l'inclusion, la diversité culturelle et l'équité) s'est associé à plusieurs organisations pour célébrer et marquer activement la Journée internationale des personnes vivant avec un handicap. Ensemble, nous avons organisé diverses activités récréatives au sein de l'OCDE, pour sensibiliser aux différents handicaps et démontrer que les limites ne sont pas intrinsèquement liées à nos handicaps, mais proviennent plutôt des contraintes sociétales qui ne parviennent pas à intégrer notre diversité.
