Conclusion
The French captured 2,956 Iraqi war prisoners, and routed from 6,000 to 7,000 more. Destroyed 20 T-55, T-62 and T-69, 17 light armoured vehicles, 114 trucks, 26 artillery guns. Captured 2 T-72, 7 trucks, 40 artillery guns, 70 mortars of 82mm and 120mm and 700 tons of ammunitions (which were later destroyed by the French).
