Here are Few Tips✨️✨️

1) When you boil the rice please make sure Donot completly dry the water ...there should be some water left for the rice cooking when you place it on low flame ... in video u can see when i finally covered it there was some water under the rice .The same water can help you to adjust salt ..you can taste it .
جب چاول کو دم پہ رکھیں تو اس وقت تھوڑا پانی ہونا چاہئے۔۔۔وڈیو میں آپ دیکھ سکتے ہیں کہ جب میں نے آنچ دھیمی کی اور ڈھکنے لگی تو چاول کے نیچے تھوڑا پانی تھا۔اور اسی پانی کو ٹیسٹ کر کے آپ نمک بھی ایڈ جسٹ کر سکتے ہیں۔

2) If accidently water gets completly dry then you can wrap a damp cloth around the lid and cover the rice with it .
اگر غلطی سے پانی مکمل خشک ہو جائے تو ایک کپڑا گیلا کر کے ڈھکن پہ لپیٹ دیں اور پھر ڈھک دیں۔

3) When you turnoff the heat donot remove the lid for 10 min ....After that when u open it mix it properly before you serve it .
جب آنچ بند کر دیں تو 10 منٹ تک ڈھکن نہ ہٹائیں ۔۔۔۔
پھر اس کے بعد مکس کر کے پیش کریں۔

⭐️💜 If its more than 35 min.pass and the meat still not ready you can drain the rice and keep it aside.
