MEAL 1
Totals Calories - 139 cals
2 x Large Boiled eggs

Totals Calories - 920 cals (excluding seasonings)
2 x Chicken Thighs - 462g
Tenderstem Broccoli - 200g
Recipe *shoutout my girl @cooknwith_k for this delicious recipe
INGREDIENTS:
Soy sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, oyster sauce and sweet chilli sauce. If you want to spice it up then add some chillies, chopped onions and lime leaves(thinly chopped)

Total Calories - 757 cals (excluding seasonings)
Coconut Milk - 200ml
Mushroom Stir-fry - 320g
Smocked haddock fillets - 250g
Tinned Bamboo Shoots - 100g
Baby Plum Tomatoes - 100g
Olive oil - 2 tbsp
Fish Sauce ( add to taste)
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Red Curry Paste
Lime Leaves
Get a pot. Add a bit of oil and then add a half of tablespoon of red curry paste and stir fry for a minute. Add coconut milk, fish sauce, sugar and lime leaves. Boil for 4-5mins then add veg until your veg cooks. Then you can add fish in(cut into chunks if you want to add fish)
