Kulfi making recipe in Roman Urdu
Ajzaa:

Full cream doodh – 1 liter

Chini – 3/4 cup

Ilaichi powder – 1/2 chai ka chamach

Badam (bareek katey) – 2 tablespoon

Pista (bareek katey) – 2 tablespoon

Cornflour – 1 tablespoon (thoda pani mein ghol lein)

Condensed milk – 1/2 cup (optional, zyada meetha pasand ho tou)

Tareeqa:

Ek pateelay mein doodh ko ubaal lain.

Jab doodh ubaal jaye tou aanch halki kar dein aur usey 15-20 minute tak pakayen, daikhte rahein aur bar bar chammach chalatay rahein.

Jab doodh aadha reh jaye tou usmein chini, ilaichi powder, badam aur pista daal dein.

Phir cornflour ka ghol daal kar achi tarah mix karen, taake doodh thoda gaadha ho jaye.

Agar condensed milk istemal kar rahe hain tou is stage par daal dein.

Jab doodh achi tarah gaadha ho jaye, tou thanda hone ke liye rakh dein.

Thanda hone ke baad isey kulfi molds ya plastic cups mein bhar dein.

Dhakkan lagakar freezer mein rakh dein kam az kam 6-8 ghantay ya raat bhar ke liye.

Jamne ke baad nikal kar serve karein – mazay daar dudh wali kulfi tayar hai!

Kulfi making recipe in English
Ingredients:

Full cream milk – 1 liter

Sugar – 3/4 cup

Cardamom powder – 1/2 teaspoon

Almonds (finely chopped) – 2 tablespoons

Pistachios (finely chopped) – 2 tablespoons

Cornflour – 1 tablespoon (dissolved in little water)

Condensed milk – 1/2 cup (optional, for extra sweetness)

Method:

Boil the milk in a heavy-bottomed pan.

Once it starts boiling, reduce the heat and simmer for 15–20 minutes, stirring continuously.

When the milk reduces to half, add sugar, cardamom powder, almonds, and pistachios.

Add the cornflour slurry and mix well to slightly thicken the milk.

If using condensed milk, add it at this stage.

Cook until the mixture thickens nicely, then let it cool.

Pour the cooled mixture into kulfi molds or small plastic cups.

Cover and freeze for at least 6–8 hours or overnight.

Once set, remove and serve – your delicious dudh wali kulfi is ready!
