A couple of updates to my text transcriber:
neosWhisper in #NeosVR.

1. Redesigned the UI
- this now uses the ContextMenu components which Neos provides to customize the built-in Radial menu that appears around your hand.
- this provides options for
- show/hide the text on your hand
- 3 text size options
- 3 font options
- a mute button (which makes so an audio file is not recorded and an audio player does not spawn within Neos)

2. Run whisper locally
- instead of through the API. This allows for the ability to transcribe on your own machine's CPU or GPU. If you don't have an API key, this will be the default.
- after testing on my CPU and then on my GPU (I have 10GB VRAM) I feel it takes up too much VRAM while also running Neos.

3. Future: reorganize the root of the Radial menu
- The default Microphone component adds a lot of items that could be arranged under just one main button so that there aren't as many options as soon as you open the context menu.
- I'm figuring out how to do this by studying how the Exitian tool in Neos does such things. More logiX.

4. The text object has it's name equal to it's text.
- This allows for easier finding of the text objects you end up littering around the world.

5. Just a note that there is a changelog within the Tool itself
