2019 Ram 2500 Cummins (like 2020 Ram 2500 or 3500) is JUNK. Flopping Hood, Tailgate, DEF usage

This is a video about my new 2019 Ram 2500 (Purchased 4/20/20) with 1169 miles. I wanted a Tradesman with LED lights so that forced me into a leftover 2019. Tried in vain to get local dealers to find one but they wouldn't so I had to search for myself and found this one exactly like I wanted 400 miles away in Arkansas. Drove to pick it up and drove it home to completely and utter disappointment.

1. Hood flops and flexes violently at highway speeds (so badly that I stopped 3 times on the way home to check the latch)

2. Tailgate will only latch maybe 50% of the time.

3. Truck has used 11 gallons of DEF in 1150 miles thus far .

4. The DEF gauge doesn't read properly.

Truck threw a P203E code Sunday with the DEF tank reading 7/8 full. Tried adding DEF to find the tank was brimming full and reading 7/8. Took to the dealer. The local dealer I took this to said the issues on this truck are "normal", including DEF usage, and according to Star the DEF tank should only be filled at a pump once the level reaches 1/8 to Empty and then only refilled to 3/4 full. Been a Dodge/Ram Cummins fan for 30 years and owned over a dozen including 5 currently. Worst truck I've ever owned off the dealer lot. DO NOT BUY A 2019 or 2020. THEY ARE ABSOLUTE PIECES OF JUNK.
