Tornado Near Miss

April 13, 2018 North of Atlantic, Iowa

I'm well aware (now) that this was not a tornadic event. At the time, in the moment .... I really couldn't tell what was behind the wall of dust and what (not on the video, unfortunately) in the field just to the right of the house. As I looked in that direction I saw what looked like dust starting to rotate on the ground, that same dust cloud that I skirted driving out of the storm. At the time, I thought I was possibly about to get hit by a small tornado - hence the name of the video. I didn't have a lot of time to objectively analyze what I saw, I needed to move. I'm not a storm chaser, I'm not a meteorologist, I'm just a dude that caught kind of a coolish video on the way home from work, so if you have douchy and negative comments, take them elsewhere. Hit the thumbs down and go to the next video, no one cares.
