2013 Ford Focus sFe Transmission Issue

I bought this 2013 Ford Focus sFe back in February . Within the first week of owning the car it completely locked into what I beleave to be third or fourth gear. I then brought the car back into the dealership and the trouble shooted some issues and came up with a code that popped and claimed to have reset the transmission computer . So I took the car back it drove perfectly again . Within another week after that the problem happened again but this time the transmission would stick in a higher gear but at speeds around 50 mph the transmission would slam into 1st or 2nd gear. We had the car towed to the dealership again but this time they find nothing . No codes no problems and the couldn't duplicate the issue . So we argued and fought them but when riding along the car ran fine . So we went another week until it happened again . We went through the same thing had the car towed there the dealership finds nothing . After the fourth time I then called ford motor company's customer relations center and filed for a lemon law but back . They tell us it could take up to 4 weeks to get approved or denied. So we wait the whole four weeks . Just so ford can have some guy tell us we've been declined.so here we are now . The problem still happening but this time I'm going to film and document every incident and I'm going to post it every where I can until ford fixes this issue.
