Strange Barricades During Lockdown in Saigon Vietnam

We've been in a lockdown here in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The social distancing measures and directives have been progressive over the past two or three months. The Vietnamese government proceeded to isolate or quarantine some buildings, alleys and even neighbourhoods. They must have been running out of proper fences and material for the barricades because I've seen a lot of makeshift blockades made of whatever they could find.
