Bitcoin: Do bear markets bottoms show us the next peak?

We just draw a few lines from each Bitcoin price bear market bottom through the next bear market bottom, and dubiously extend this out to predict the next market cycle top. Just some imaginary lines, but also creates a nice perspective. Do you think Bitcoin's bear market bottoms can help elucidate future tops?
