Downpick like METALLICA James Hetfield (Faster and Longer)

If you are into metal I am pretty sure at some point you wanted to play Master of Puppets or Megadeth's Tornado of Souls! Guitar down picking is one the most (physically) demanding guitar techniques. It's definitely not the hardest, but it's a technique that can easily be compared to a gym workout. You need to slowly and gradually practice it to build up stamina and precision and for that, the metronome is your friend! Down picking, also known as downstroke, is a technique mostly used in Metal and in particular Trash (or speed) metal. Bands like the almighty #metallica #slayer, and even more "recent bands" like #trivium #killswitch etc... heavily rely on it. So on this video, I will give you #5tips that can really help you improve your downstroke picking technique. It certainly helped me! Hope you enjoy it!!
