As the world observes World Hunger Day, Haiti, the poorest country in the Western Hemisphere, is facing one of the worst food crises in its history. More than half the population is now food insecure, with thousands on the brink of starvation. CGTN’s Harold Isaac reports from Port-au-Prince.
