- 200 grams of egg yolk (about 10 eggs)

- 0.5 Litres of whipped cream
- 0.5 Litres of milk
- 200 grams of sugar
- 1 vanilla pod
For the dough rounds
- 80 grams of butter
- 100 grams of sugar
- 100 grams of flour
For the shoe pastry
- 100 grams of water
- 100 grams of milk
- 5 grams of sugar
- 5 grams of salt
- 100 grams of butter
- 120 grams of flour
- 4 eggs
For the chocolate glacage
- 135 grams of water
- 180 grams of whipped cream
- 270 grams of sugar
- 6 leaves of gelatine
- 90 grams of cacao powder
