Here's how you can use your leftover rice #friedrice #leftoverricerecipe #ricerecipe#shorts #ytshort

Ingredients:
- 2 cups Leftover cooked rice (preferably chilled)
• Vegetables (such as diced carrots, french beans,cabbage, bell peppers, onions)
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Red Chilli sauce
- 1 tbsp Green Chilli sauce
- 2 tbsp Garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp Ginger
- 1 green Chilli
- 1 Egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- green onions for garnish

Instructions:
1. Heat some oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add 1 beaten egg and scramble the eggs until cooked.
3. Add 2 tbsp clarified butter/ ghee, then add minced garlic, ginger and green chilli and stir-fry for about 1 min until fragrant.
3. Add the diced vegetables(except capsicum) to the skillet and stir-fry until they're tender.
4. Then add capsicum and salt to taste and stir for 2-3 min
5. Add the Red Chilli sauce, Green Chilli sauce, soy sauce and 1 tbsp water and fry for 1 min
6. Add the leftover rice to the skillet, breaking up any clumps with a spatula, the scrambled egg season with pepper powder , and add the spring onion greens and stir fry for 5 min
7. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions if desired. Enjoy your simple and delicious fried rice!
