Cirrus Vision Jet SF50 first UK flight

As an avid Cirrus SR22 pilot with over 1,000 hours I jumped at the chance to get a flight in the Cirrus SF50 Vision Jet with my good friend Andrew.

One of the first vision jets in the UK and its a revolution in personal transport as it fulfils the ambition of being a family jet and personal jet which can seat 7 people in comfort all around Europe.

We fly from Blackpool Airport up to Inverness Airport in Scotland and discuss the difference between the SF50 and the SR22 and how a pilot can make the transition from a piston aircraft into a jet aircraft.

We talk about type ratings needed to fly the vision jet and also the training requirements.
