Utility Truck Overturned And Uprighted With Rotator

We were called by the Sheriff Department for a Heavy Duty Rollover. They explained to us they had a semi that had flipped over and it was open ended and spilled its load. We started a full recovery response with both rotators and an integrated. Once the first truck arrived we observed a small f-550 utility truck that was overturned. We canceled all the other trucks and took care if it with one rotator. It did not need a rotator, nor did we charge for using the rotator, but since it was there first it is what we used.
