But then the unthinkable happened. Effie’s entire life turned upside-down after an unimaginable tragedy. This time, she was forced to pause again.

Effie shares how to embrace the pauses in life to become who we’re meant to be — those we must choose for ourselves, and the ones thrust upon us. She reveals what you’re really supposed to do when life gives you lemons and offers guidance to reclaim your joy.
