Társadalmi felelősségvállalásának része volt a KÜRT Alapítványi Gimnázium vezetésének megújítása, valamint a Felelős Családi Vállalkozásokért Magyarországon Egyesület megalapítása 2009-ben, amelynek azóta elnökségi tagja. Beválasztották a Family Business Network International Next Generation vezetésébe 2010-ben, majd a European Family Businesses szövetség elnökségébe 2011-ben.

Tom Kürti is a second generation entrepreneur, owner and head of KÜRT Academy. He leads programs focusing on agility and digitalization. He is most interested in the collaboration between human nature and the efficiency of technology. As a part of his social responsibility, he renewed the management of the KÜRT Foundation High School and established the Association for Responsible Family Enterprises in Hungary in 2009, of which he has been a member of the board. He was elected to the board of the Family Business Network International Next Generation in 2010 and then to the executive committee of the European Family Businesses Association in 2011. How does a successful businessman live and lead in the 21st century, embracing his feelings? In his talk, Tom shares his own experience combined with interesting international examples.
