y'all i decided to show you what i eat in a week when i feel like eating healthy and lose some weight! it was so fun and really did work so watch the whole thing! i ate things like sabra hummus, tuna, and a bunch of other things!

ok so this is NOT a diet, this is literally just me trying to eat less processed and more fresh foods! i really love eating ground chicken, brown rice, mashed potatoes, and easy things i can cook and foods that are pretty simple! i really love to eat a lot of whole wheat stuff like bread and crackers and all that! it might not be the most delicious food ever but it really does make me feel so much better!

i think the thing that helps me stay eating healthy is having healthy food in the house that will help my cravings and fill me up so things like hummus, fruit, tuna, and eggs! once again i'm not giving diet advice, this is legit just me showing you what i ate this week!
